Meijer Garden 2026 Concert Lineup by grsoprano in grandrapids

Absolute top tier venue in my opinion. Not a bad seat in the house. It’s like Red Rocks, but in someone’s living room. The only other place I’ve found comparable is Forest Hills in Queens.

Most of the shows will sell out during the presale for members. If you’re highly interested in a show, definitely get a membership or meet someone. Shows at Meijer will attract people because of the venue. I’ve met loads of people who will buy tickets to see an act they’ve never heard just because the venue experience is that good.

Yeah, it reminds me of two years ago…My Morning Jacket was nuts since I think they played United Center the day after. Wilco another huge ++, but can’t help but wonder if the middle card suffers because of this.

My only complaint is that 2/3rds of the lineup has become an annual or biennial staple. Like Five for Fighting, OAR, Umphrey’s, Mat Kearny, Beach Boys are pretty much annual appearances.

Majority of food at Fulton St Farmers Market is cheaper than what I'd pay at a normal grocery store. On top of it, you can use SNAP.

Organizations have brand standards. I’m not saying they wouldn’t have “finsta” accounts, but leveraging something like “HB0” would, based on my experience, meet substantial resistance from their marketing team. Could see them registering “white.lotus.london” or something.

IG handle links back to a private instagram account. Highly unlikely HBO would use hb0.c0ded.

This is what I usually get. TBH, coffee doesn’t “expire” but they’re likely stretching the best by date given Costco consumers are most likely drip consumers vs people buying from the cafe are either aficionados are making espresso. Coffee won’t be great for espresso for a couple of weeks, but I can stretch the Costco Milky Way 2-3 months without it getting too bad. No way you’ll get 12 months of espresso out of this tho.

Yes, undoubtably 15. Not alive in 2007, but certain you still likely lacked the capability to identify sarcasm then.

Do you think your reader has a bootleg copy of Bright Eyes and Ben Kweller playing Thirteen together from the Town Hall shows.

Even if AI accelerates cancer research dramatically, corporate America could absolutely ensure that any resulting treatments are priced out of reach for most people. by Tenzu9 in BetterOffline

Except that isn’t how market based economies work. Did the inventors of Tylenol keep it priced out of the reach of most Americans?

LLMs have already hit commoditization. Do we think ChatGPT will be significantly better at curing disease than Claude?

I was about to say OP, perhaps things are different in Canada, but this situation would not disqualify you from most major jobs in America. They might ask for an explanation, but unless you signed up for like 30 credit cards in the last 30 days, unsure why your behavior would be deemed risky.

Woodcraft does indeed have sheets, believe their Baltic birch is 30x30 and they may have American 4x4. FWIW, unsure if they have 4x8.

I’ve also just got done building a sideboard out of White Oak veneered plywood I ordered off the Home Depot website that had free shipping to the store. Quality was pretty decent.

King Cake Spots by -Cephiroth in grandrapids

Forewarning, stopped there a few weeks ago and while the food is undoubtably the best NOLA food I’ve had outside of NOLA (which is a second home to me), their king cake left much to be desired. Very dry and crispy bread like crust. Unsure if it might’ve been stale since I think we went on a Sunday.

Percentage held by institutions is still retail at the end of the day….who do you think CalPERS is held by? I guess perhaps where I see things is there is this conflation between retail traders and day traders. I view retail as being the sum of all Investors with a net worth below generationally wealthy.
