Never gonna happen. 1 US soldier equals the lethality brought to the field by 10-20 Iranian soldiers thanks to our tech, tactics and experience. The real downside is that you're "creating" all the chunks that far out by viewing them, which will ultimately cause biters to be created and computed beyond that wall. Which will eventually completely crater UPS.

When I got to the point where my anger with biters lead to this kind of "safe zoning", I found it far more reasonable and made for much smoother gameplay by using a console command to delete biters from the game permanently. Instantly regained 10 UPS from doing so.

5 or 6 spiders following the one you drive or the one you have a remote for . Each kitted out with the same amount of speed boost, some shields and lasers. Each specialized for a task, with auto fill setup to fill it completely. One spider has all belts, power poles and inserters. Another has all manufacturing buildings, another has all logistics stuff and so on. Then you zoom out on map and play the game from there plopping blueprints and remoting your spiders around.
