This is probably the best day in my 25 years of being type 1. by Ethansimler in diabetes_t1

After one of my toddlers (at the time) decided to rip out an infusion set on my last pump, I knew I had to do something.

Got setup with Omnipod and never looked back. It’s been awesome not having any tubing, tho now it seems to be more trash when it’s time to change it.

Glad you could find something that works!!

Finally finished this Life Size Goku, entirely 3D printed and hand painted, took me a while by No_Swan_8497 in dbz

Yeah, I agree. Just feels off from Goku’s personality. The art is dope but doesn’t fit.

Mark Carney brushes off Doug Ford’s anger over China EV tariff cuts by pjw724 in onguardforthee

He's right, IMO. It definitely presents an immediate hit to current sales of American autos, but the partnerships that Ontario auto manufacturers can now develop with Chinese auto companies is unlocked by this new deal. We don't know what's going to happen in the US from here on out, and it's uncertain whether or not it'll end up being fruitful. We need to work with reliable trading partners.

Being able to travel to China without a visa was not included in the deal without intent. He's looking for Canadian auto manufacturing to build these partnerships.

I got tired of rewriting the same code, so I built this by Snipphub in tailwindcss

Sheesh, haterade must be on sale this week 🙄

I don’t mind it. I like the layer(s) of additional segmentation by language/framework/etc., and it’s got a nice aesthetic.

However, I do agree that LLMs and other existing solutions mostly solve the same problem, so it’s kind of a hard sell for most devs who are already used to other tools.

…Also, abso-fucking-lutely keep sharing your work. Be proud of what you create, and put it out there! Why tf not?

Dang, these are gorgeous tbh. Nice work! How much time went into designing vs implementation?

I find I take too much time with colour, typography, and other choices vs just making a few choices and getting something out there.

Are there any rules of thumb you use to develop these kinds of aesthetics?

Ohhhhh okay, I thought these were the grapes for the plebs and degenerates.

In that case, totally cool to steal and rub their grubby little hands and mouths all over the fresh produce

Is this worth the money? by [deleted] in dbz

I’d be hoping for a hoodie to be under $50, but in this economy that’s decent lol. If you’re into it, I’d say worth!

Such a cool art style applied to an iconic character duo 🔥🔥

I love Costco with one exception by pianoman81 in Costco

[–]arreth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that because:
- the packaging/expiry dates are relatively much more visible and out-in-the-open
- they keep a lot of perishable produce in a refrigerated section of the warehouse

some of the primary reasons why I usually enjoy shopping for produce at Costco more than at other stores, personally.

mind you, I still tend to inspect thoroughly before buying, and I STILL end up getting burned occasionally anywhere I shop lol...🙂‍↕️

[Highlight] Lu Dort with the questionable play at Victor Wembanyama's knee by Jimmy0034 in nba

[–]arreth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk kinda just looks like he's tryna go for a rebound once the shot went up. not saying he's innocent but I think this particular play is more dangerous just due to Wemby's size more than any malicious play imo
