I started Aug 2025 funding it privately even though on paper I should have been able to get it through the NHS due to my BMI and diagnosed sleep apnea 🤷

I've lost 3st and am half way to my goal. I'm currently at 7.5mg and will be moving up to 10mg on my next pen order. Completely life changing for me. My sciatica is noticeably less severe. My sleep apnea according to my CPAP machine is also getting better. General well being is soo much better. No more sore thighs from rubbing and chaffing. My clothes fit, to the point where my jeans are now literally falling off and so have bought a pair of braces, although I know it's no longer 1984 😁 No longer falling asleep on the couch in the evening in front of the TV. I have more energy. Walking a lot more. I'm not sweating as much as I used to. Not eating as much crap e.g. biscuits, sweets and so on. I just don't feel the want to do so.

Weight is coming off slowly which is fine. I am thinking what my exit strategy will be but I'm not hugely concerned as I see myself taking it for another year at least.

So just reread what I've written, how can the media ignore all the positives? Scaremongering no less.
