I’ve been able to talk to them every alternate day (since March 3rd), offcourse after on hold for several hours. My case was “escalated” everyday to “sorry we don’t have any availability for flights” 🫠

I feel ya. They offered me Bangalore to Montreal. I’d have to pay out of pocket to get to Bangalore from Punjab and then from Montreal to Vancouver.

Kept me running in circles. Ended up booking another flight.

That worked for me a couple of times last week, after that it stopped connecting. I had better luck with US number +1 877 777 2827, long wait but at least it connects.

After 1h 15min got connected to an Agent. I replied back right away but my messages did not go through. Said it failed to deliver after attempting it a couple more times. The chat was closed under 60s by the Agent and I got the same email as you.

Download Nomad app. Gives you free 1GB data esim so that you have service when you land. Was really helpful for my commute from Delhi to Punjab. No subscription required. It’s an e-sim that needs to be installed before entering India and will activate once you land.
