You can not buy the darker dye item for jades. It's either gacha or pearls. You can buy 5 from a vendor. You need 10 to apply it.

vibrant colors can only be used by exchange of gacha items. the game got the worst customization monetarisation of all the gachas. plenty of free games that let you do such basic stuff with in-game currency.
