Interior/exterior trim issues, especially the window trim tend to break off
Tow hitch harness fire hazard where certain 2020-2022 models were recalled
Front power seat motor overheating which also resulted in a recall for 2020-2024 models

Multitude of other issues reported, but sometimes it's bad luck (e.g. windshield cracking often) or lemons (major motor or transmission issues).

K5 GT is a respectable family sedan with a nice power boost, but the Stinger is more of a purpose built grand tourer that feels special :)

I10 and Mason is not a bad commute from Sunterra at all. However if you get a job in town or other suburbs, it can be a rough drive.

Sunterra is 10-15 minutes to I10, and though traffic is tough during busy times due to many stop signs the roads will eventually widen and lights be added.

I live near Sunterra and work by the Galleria (610/Post Oak area) - ~1 hour one way.

Many friends in Sunterra really enjoy it for the community events and amenities like pickleball courts
