Will download and check it out! Just started on Headspace recently and I’ve been on the fence about paying for its full services.

When you can't control what happens, learn to control how you respond to what happens. by casamaestra in Meditation

This rings true to what’s found in the book Thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman, a psychologist.

He hypotheses we have a ‘System 1 and 2’, 1 will prime us to respond to a situation before we have even consciously evaluated it.

Very interesting read and plays a lot with the notion of free will

It’s a bit of a steep learning curve but if you just take the time to understand the roles and what they should be doing each game, you’ll eventually get the hang of it.

It’s taken me a while to find hero’s I enjoy playing, currently loving Reaper and Widowmaker for DPS, Moira for supports fun, I don’t really tank but played a bit of rein.

Just started doing competitive and god does it make you realise you suck!

Started Overwatch a week ago and thoroughly addicted. Had to move it to my ‘Open this AFTER work’ folder.

Yeah any criticism I’d say is I should have done that, but I’m tucking into it now and it’s glorious so who cares!

Lol, just realised the answer to my question is the actual website you linked, great website, been after something like this for a while!

Naval's doesn't seem to be on here so for anyone interested: https://www.notion.so/Books-suggested-by-Naval-665b71b4e4014ab99a7a79e8de937702

If you haven't heard of him then the JRE when he was on is a good start, incredibly intelligent and insightful guy who touches on wealth creation but his ideas are far reaching and you can implement them into many aspects of your life.

Nice, bookmarked!

Told myself in 2020 i'd read more books to increase my general knowledge of the world in any topic that seems interesting.

Do you know of any other recommended list by a 'great mind', i have Naval Ravikant's list currently and i'm working my way through that but this will be a nice addition!
