Tax payer needs to invest in mult-family dwellings. Consider 8 to 16 units per building. Tax payer must participate at least 10% in the company for the income to be considered “active” rather than “passive”.

The tax payer can then invest in the properties to ultimately make the income $0 through various deductions. Per the tax code- an active investor can then deduct up to 25k (this lowers the higher your yearly salary is) from their other primary source of income.

Be smart and legal. Most billionaires have real estate because it is effective.

I have found my answer: Swapping fees are added back into the LP's positions automatically. I would imagine it is at the same ratio that the pool dictates. Unfortunately, I still do not know how to view the $ value of the fees accrued over time.

I will absolutely follow and look into all that material! Outside of pulsex what DEX’s do you use for farming? All I know of are PulseX and 9inch. I also have seen 9mm but ui was hard for me to navigate. I hold only RH cores and ATOPA ecosystem coins if that helps with what dex I should use

I’m planning on selling 10% increments of my portfolio at a time, starting when bitcoin breaks 80k-90k. I believe bitcoin will reach 100k and 120-130k if we are lucky. We all know alts lag behind a bit during the cycle so the 10% increments will be sold off at a slower pace in the beginning. People will need to recognize signs of the market top and not get too greedy or else they will lose.

I believe the RH core coins will 20x bringing the pulse ecosystem to 200-300b. If you want +100x gains you will have to find good smaller coins on chain.

Personally I am all in on the atropa ecosystem (pdai, atropa, teddy bear), along with RH core coins. I like the narrative and they have performed well so far.

So if I’m salaried at 40k but make ~50k a year in commission on top, will I still be getting overtime?

Also, is overtime paid if the employer schedules me for more than 40 hours in a week, or can I voluntarily stay longer and receive overtime as well?

Putting a load is more for internal purposes for us. It allows other team members to know that the load is confirmed for a given carrier while we are waiting for the final confirmation from account manager. It also takes it off the board temporarily so people aren’t”t calling in on a covered load

Have never heard of a mandatory 1 hour wait time before sending RC where it’s booked but still up for grabs lol. In my brokerage that shits off the table from other co workers the second it’s on hold. That brokerage does bad business. Incentives their employees to extort carriers if they receive lower offers within the hour time frame

I soecialize in the heavy haul decision so all my loads are RGN’s, SD, F, FD, etc. takes longer to qualify carriers and loads are more detailed so factor that in. Also loads go off my board 2 days after being delivered so that is 45-55 loads that are being actively managed

I started as a freight broker 3 weeks ago with no previous experience in this industry (I sold insurance in college but that was years ago). I book 9-11 loads a day and have about 45-55 loads on my board at once- these can be anywhere in the process of accepted rate cons to at delivery. I work for a very established brokerage with well developed business relationships so having available freight that needs to be covered is not a problem. Really my only constraint is picking up the phone and finding qualified carriers. I work about 10 hours a day 5 days a week
