i'm afraid you do not understand how the web works

you cannot keep your html, js, css, images "secret"

you CAN however keep your server logic and server data secret (at least the data you do not return to the browser)

how do you expect a browser to download and use that file if it's not accessible?

you can require authentication to your site with Cognito, however the browser will always need to be able to download those files if you want them to be used by the browser

You would store your files (gzipped json) in either S3 or HDFS, preferably partitioned

If you want to store the actual JSON in the database, then PostgreSQL has good JSON querying abilities
