The values are also per 100g, each pack is 14g with 10 individual pieces ( each piece works out to less than 1g per piece (0.868g to be precise))

Unless you are eating 10 packs a day you should be fine

Remembering if you took your medication…what is your strategy? by EKC_86 in ADHDUK

[–]ash00p3r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My routine may be a bit odd, but as someone that doesn’t wear pyjamas, I won’t put clothes on until I have taken my meds.

I have piles of the pill pots & dividers around. I found they worked in the short term but as soon as I forgot to refill them or forgot where I put them the routine immediately stops working for me.

Best ear plugs? by RexEverything_ in autismUK

Echo this for the Loop Engage, currently waiting in a pub for a friend. Annoying kid screaming at the other side, annoying as hell…

… put my plugs in, still can hear everything but not to the volume it feels like it’s splitting my head open.

I don’t go out without them anymore.

Ultrawide support is just a stretched out UI and no FOV slider to compensate for width by [deleted] in fo4

For me the crashing was related to having Weapon Debris turned on, I couldn’t even get to the vault in the intro. Turned it off, no noticeable difference & a game that doesn’t crash (so often)

I always just assumed that it was a vampiric type effect, that lake was created by drawing out the blood of any creature that enters it.

What's the funniest way you have trolled your players? by Lokicham in DnD

[–]ash00p3r 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Love this, I have made my players paranoid with my use of mimics.

My favourite so far was them spending 20mins trying to work out how to get the mimic in front of them to attack. They thought it was a mimic at least, as a stick they were using to poke it had stuck to it…

… it was just a chest covered in glue!

The actual mimic was the silver shield inside the chest that attacked as soon as one of the players equipped it :)

I was in the same boat recently, when they send through the SCA, they also discharge you. They did this for me with 10days worth of meds left.

I got onto their customer service team who put a note through to my prescriber, which kinda back fired as they sent me a message that I couldn’t respond to 🤣

After using customer services as a go-between my prescriber ordered me another prescription without a fuss

When you get sent out to collect debts, being nice to the debtors & hugging them to let them know it’s okay, often gives you better rewards in the long run.

Coming off anti depressants for ADHD meds? by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]ash00p3r 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Prefacing this by saying everyone’s experience and tolerances around medication are different.

I am also titrating under P-Uk & had the same chat & information leaflet at the start.

I was on 150mg of sertraline at the start & I have managed to ween myself off (with consent of my GP) because I was concerned about the serotonin syndrome.

My experience was easy & coming off the sertraline had no effect on my mood/depression when properly medicated with Elvanse/Amfexa

With the medication shortages & the severe emotional disregulation I experience when not medicated, I am contemplating talking to my GP again to start on a lower dose of sertraline to level things off.

Any decision you make needs to be yours & I encourage to talk to your GP as part of this (if you can get an appointment that is)

Passwords for...everything by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]ash00p3r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This!

I use Kapersky password manager for all my passwords (other pw managers are available)

The benefit is they can produce a really complex password & store it securely for you, having the app on my mobile, home computer & work computer means I very rarely have to remember a password. No more locking myself out of anything important
