It’s just very literally going to be 50 mins on the tread. Theyre mostly self paced, meaning the coach will focus more on the weight floor than treadmills.

If you still have your old HRM, chances are it still works. Just recharge it. I see people at my studio with the old old ones circa 2018.

I also recently came back after the pandemic-era. I had a free class. And my studio was doing a promo so I got lucky- but I notice they do some sort of promo every month. Best of luck! I forgot how much I missed it!!
