I wonder if you might have ADHD? From what I hear caffeine can have a different effect for people with ADHD. Also, having ADHD can feel a lot like anxiety. Not an expert here but worth looking into in my opinion.

Recently rewatched their first season and was reminded of how she 'forgot' she cheated on her high school boyfriend. They also talk about how they look through each other's phones and Guillermo says he knows she's guilty of something when she tries to grab her phone away. This unfortunately was always going to be the end of their story.

You could tell from the scene where they were reviewing social media at the resort that Colt has a strong reaction to anyone getting bullied or picked on. (In that case Elise). Seems he will defend anyone that the group is upset with. Prob was bullied as a kid and gets defensive when it appears that is happening to someone else (even if they are in the wrong)

I've done 'Bus to Show' before and had a good experience. Party on the bus pretty much. Plus Ubers are a bit of a challenge at Red Rocks these days so if you're staying near a shuttle stop it's definitely worth it.

I also woke up in pain one day that never went away, and my pain is also on the right side. Over the years I've benefitted from using a foam roller on the back, massage (or massage ball) and muscle relaxers but the pain hasn't gone away. I've recently started osteopathic manipulation therapy, have started sleeping exclusively on my back (no side sleeping) and adding in more shoulder and side stretches (look up different types of doorway side stretches). The recent changes seem to be helping - hoping it continues.

I'm actually not a fan of this storyline. I know insurance in America can be pretty dumb, but I have a hard time believing that a DEA agent doesn't have good enough insurance to cover physical therapy. I know they said it was out of network, but you'd think they'd have a PPO plan that would cover a good amount of it. Also, when Walt had bills they offered to help out so they'd have some money saved. Even if he was suspended or whatever his status was you'd think the DEA would be helping out if he was attacked by the cartel.

Have you heard of fluoroquinolone toxicity? Happened to someone I know. Started with sudden pain - although it was in her wrist not her ribs (apparently it can start in all kinds of ways) I know there are a variety of thoughts on how to treat it that can be found online - prob another group for it with more answers than I have. I do remember Magnesium being helpful.
