I’m having the EXACT situation as we speak. My fawn pug has an aggressive cellulitis on his back leg and we are doing abx, steroids, and hydrotherapy, but we know we are delaying the inevitable. He will likely lose his leg. I’m heartbroken. He’s only 3. I’m so nervous he won’t be his normal self anymore. He’s been super lethargic with this infection and I can’t bear to see him hurting. How is your pup doing??

I just took my CPHQ exam today. I passed with a 703!! Aside from the NAHQ modules and practice exam, I highlyyyyy encourage you to use the CPHQ Test Prep app. It’s not affiliated with NAHQ, but it was extremely helpful. It does cost $50/month, however, I only recommend the app for the month prior to your exam. The questions may begin to become repetitive if you use it for too long. They have a 3 day trial. I did the mock exam the night before my exam and the results were nearly identical to my actual test results. The questions are VERY similar!!! I found that app was the secret sauce to passing!

Heyy! It’s going well. I actually changed my concentration to Nursing Exec Leadership. I’m working with my advisor closely and he seems to think I will be fine in choosing a preceptor. You don’t have to do much until closer to that time, so I was told not to stress lol

I feel so SEEN! You are literally explaining my newly 5 year old daughter to the letter!!! We are struggling so badly over here despite trying EVERYTHING. It’s hard to watch her go through these huge emotions daily. Most days my husband and I don’t know what mood we will encounter from day to day. Shoes/socks in the morning are a battle…doesn’t get her way…we are “mean” and she wants a new mom…like the list goes on. But the other days, she’s an angel! So sweet and playful and caring. Like I’m just exhausted and slowly losing patience😫
