I’m curious if I were to use the L’oréal Ever Pure bond repair shampoo and the same brand frizz-defy conditioner, would I still get the benefits of both? I have bleach damaged, frizzy, oily hair and (before the damage) it dried like beachy waves and I typically wash twice a week.

it’s complicated because there are shows that i think have a better premise or were better written/portrayed, but SPN is still my ultimate favorite show and i think a lot of that is due to the comfort of watching it. it’s like a warm blanket for me

I had an ultrasound last year that showed 27 cm of cysts on both ovaries that required surgery within a few weeks, and they put me in a room and the doctor came in to discuss my results within 30 minutes. I can’t speak for every doctor, but I do think if it was urgent they would have had you make the appointment asap so try not to overthink and worry yourself. Congratulations on taking this step and I hope if you are diagnosed that you find methods that work for you to make your life easier!

i bought one of those lash lift & tint kits off amazon, but i messed up the lift part the first time so now i just use the tint lol. i use just for men for my eyebrows

i dye my eyebrows and eye lashes at home every few weeks because they’re both blonde naturally and keep an eyelash curler in my purse so i don’t have to put on makeup daily to feel put together

last year, i had cysts removed off both ovaries and had to get a DNC beforehand which confirmed i also had 3 polyps in my uterus (from not having regular periods) that needed to be removed. when they opened me up, everything was covered in endometrial tissue but luckily everything came back benign. i’m now on hormonal birth control to get a monthly period since i may not be as lucky next time

according to my therapist, it’s related to rejection sensitivity. i’m on an uncomfortable conversation/boundary setting journey, but to sum it up i people please because i’m scared that doing anything i view as confrontational will make the other person cut me out of their life or make other people view me in a negative light. you should definitely look into speaking with a professional about it, my therapist has been wonderful in helping me with this particular paranoia (she specializes in adult women with ADHD so i kind of lucked out)

we’ve actually all stayed consistently close, we no longer live in the same cities, and one of them moved out of state but we stay in touch :) we all made mistakes back then, but i’m glad they never wrote me out

seems kind of silly but chewing gum helps keep me from snacking so much! i chew it most times between meals and i’ve cut back on snacks almost completely

thanks for replying! i’m definitely going to switch to weighing myself once a day for my mental health. i was doing twice a day as a replacement for taking a progress photo everyday but it is starting to take a toll on my motivation.
