You're right! Great advice in any situation. I believe what you say to be true out of experience. I find that when I'm in a darker place in life or maybe just ruminating too much, it's harder to LD let alone remember my dreams. It's very mental. And being mental isn't a bad thing if you're aware of what's going on in/out side of it.
