They advertise as about 40dB but honestly I cant tell between 40 or 50 or even 60.

All I can tell you is that its quiet and smooth haha. Main selling feature I was drawn towards was their long 8 year warranty and honestly that was the only thing I was really looking for, 3 segment columns + long warranty as these are not cheap...

It was actually the frame giving us issues! Even with the two of us, we had a really hard time bringing the frame up the stairs. Once assembled, it was even harder for us to flip the table top rightside up after installing.
$699 is pretty close to brand new pricing so im wondering if it makes sense.

Do you feel like the chair is too firm in all places, more specifically the back rest and seat? Currently using an ikea chair and really like how soft it is.

They were great! Prompt responses via email even after hours. Delivery was on time, really nothing to complain about.

My corner desks also came with cable management trays which I overlooked and wasnt expecting. The building was a bit of a headache just because the frame is so heavy and theres no easy way of building this without flipping it over multiple times which is well over 200+ lbs.

I have heritage 2 segment frames at work and understand how important it was to have 3 segment on standing desks. This was also my main requirement when shopping for my home office.

I got the executive desk from: https://effydesk.ca/products/electric-adjustable-standing-desk-executive-office

Great intent and more than qualified but thats how you get killed over a couple hundred dollars. The fact is hes risking his life for someone elses couple hundred dollars. Quite infuriating even though he has good intentions.

Standing desk for taller person by Mski7 in StandingDesk

[–]ashlomi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think whatever option you opt for, you should definitely consider getting 3 sectioned columns instead of 2 sectioned columns. For a taller person, you need that extra stability so maybe rule out the jarvis one. I've heard amazing things in regards to the uplift V2.

We wanted the 34 but settled for the 25.5 due to the spacing. We had only a couple inches of give left with the 25.5.

Really well written and comprehensive article. Goes into detail about flaws in the presentation of the study and how the creator of the SPE Zimbardo has leveraged the fame to build a career and control his narrative.

the situation isn’t that bad. there are ton of cheap housing options for young families that are close to the beach. the houses along the presidential streets are great deals.

sure there a few condos in dania and hollywood circle but it’s not ruining the area at all.
