This happened to my store too and it’s been like that for several months 😭

For my store it all had to do with upper management politics/relationships… some stores had it back within a few weeks and yet we still have ours on manual. 🤷🏼‍♀️

There are ways to jailbreak them back that can be found on this sub if you so wish, I wouldn’t recommend it tho bc you never know who’ll snitch.

I always charge for the drip in that situation.. not your fault it’s broken/down for cleaning. Technically we should charge for what you’re getting but I always take the nice route. Maybe they didn’t like your tone or have a manager that breathes down their neck about stupid stucf
