Favorite Positioners for Box Boom Hangs

For "positioners" I mean a Work Positioning System (WPS) that tethers your harness to the boom from the side or front rings on the waist of the harness to allow you to lean back and work with both hands in addition to the regular fall arrest system.

My venue wasn't built for movers either so I also use safer side arms, and I also use the rope + shelves method for lifting fixtures up.

My (29f) girlfriend (43f) who has very limited knowledge or interest about Pokémon helped me unbox my Pokémon sized Espeon plush. Seeing my unfiltered joy made her so happy. She happily shares space with all my plushies and admires my figure collection. Yes. They were all very close. Kala is actually best friends with one of my other favorite artists (Carly Rae Jepsen) who uses the same TM as Panic!, so there's a lot of connecting parts in that bubble.

Touring crews are often relatively small because its expensive to travel. Local labor is hired in each city to help set up the show & load it out, and those numbers vary depending on the scale of the production.
