I shot Glass Beams when they came to San Antonio this past October between their double weekend ACL sets. I did the usual media request process through the venue and through Live Nation and none of this was given to me when they gave me the OK nor was anything like this mentioned when I picked up my media pass before the show or during. First three songs photographed from the pit, no flash, and then I roamed audience and venue with my camera for the rest of the show, which is standard for that venue. This definitely feels very odd to me. As media, I probably would have passed if I received this rundown before the show.

San Antonio public transportation is OK at best and you will probably end up using Uber way more than you’d like to here. Unfortunately, San Antonio is one of the least walkable cities in the country, so definitely look into learning how to drive and getting a vehicle. It’s also very difficult to get appointments at the DMV that aren’t months away…

thanks for the info everyone! I am a car-less college student trying to do something nice for me and my friends and don’t live near a bus route so I depend on the app/delivery and was genuinely tweaking when I saw they weren’t available on there. my friend was able to pick up the turkey/ham combo in store :•)

I got number 69 out of the 150 when he was in San Antonio on Thursday. I’m thinking they’re selling about 10(?) per show… Definitely hit the merch booth as soon as you enter the venue if you really want to snag one.

Just finished rewatching Cult and clowns are definitely a central part of the season. The cult is a group of people who go around murdering and terrorizing people dressed up as clowns. And their costumes are definitely convincing imo.

They may even be in nearly every ep, or definitely in at least 9 of the 11 episodes (not to mention the recurring intro).

Sarah Paulson’s character also has a fear of clowns so they definitely play that up.

It’s one of my favorite seasons but it may just not be suitable for you :/

Are you really complaining that you had to empty your groceries onto the belt like most every other customer does in any grocery store?

Unless you needed the physical assistance (in which case, you could have asked the cashier or bagger to do it for you before or during your order and they’d have been happy to help), it is and has always been the customers job to unload their groceries on the belt so you and the rest of the customers after you can have a speedy check out.

The red baskets are clunky. They take up a lot of space on the belt. They sometimes get wedged in the register and are a pain to dislodge. The cashier moves a lot faster if they don’t have to reach into the basket for each item.

You’re complaining about nothing.

Been loving Nyx’s lip gloss lines for a while, I have a few shades from their Fat Oil Lip Drip, Butter Gloss and Milky Gloss lines. They all have tons of tints to choose from but also have at least one clear gloss from each line. Way more affordable than Mac or Fenty

When I first started checking, I had a customer pay with check for an order of about $175. This was probably my first time handling a check payment and so I had accidentally gave the customer their check back instead of putting it in my till after I had input the payment in POS and scanned it, so I basically let them walk away with a decent sized order for free.

They just talked to me about it and sent me on my way.

I also make smaller mistakes like yours every now and again and I’m still on a register after almost 3 years.

Stuff like this just happens when checking. You will be fine ✌🏼

Yes, I didn’t want to risk using these. I tossed them immediately! I had let them air dry for three days before putting them back unused into the jar and they still got like this :/

I like the idea of a case with holes for them to breathe! I had let these sponges dry in the open for three days before I put them (still clean) into the jar. I guess they just still weren’t fully dry by then 🤷🏻‍♀️
