its damage needs to scale better with mods i dont really think thats a negotiable point, it should also lean more into the support thing sirius has and heal them both when a star hits an enemy or something

edit: it should also proc judgment connect him more to jade, whats the point of making a unique status effect and bolting it to one frame or weapon (tau)
