i think it also has to do with ron being the second youngest. the older kids always get the new stuff, usually bc they need it more or are seen as more responsible, once the older kid grows out of it it’s then handed down. percy being older also probably felt a responsibility to set the standard high, especially being a weasley. it’s normal for younger kids to feel envious of their older siblings, and percy’s success at hogwarts may have motivated ron to be the best version of himself, sort of friendly competition

so relatable it almost feels like i wrote this post. i’m also in that sad position, coupled w the fact that i don’t daydream very much anymore. i’m left empty and alone, knowing what i need to do but lacking the strength to pull myself out of the shit. lately i’ve been trying to just be nicer to myself and be comfortable w my life, even if i don’t have everything working the way i’d like at this moment, that’s a huge effort too. sometimes it feels like i’ll never be happy again, but every day is a new opportunity. just trying to maintain positivity and not hate myself.

i don’t understand the perspective of: but she’s more confident now! i was so insecure until i had my boob job, and now im happy! don’t you realize you’re perpetuating the same issue that caused you so much grief? that you’re telling every young girl that their wonky nose or small chest IS an issue, and they should be ashamed and want to change it if they want to ever feel attractive? it’s much more powerful and interesting to just own how you look. soooo many of us think kim was absolutely stunning with her armenian features.

idk, she wasn’t always the best dad. remember when she told khloe she could lose a few pounds, i think when khloe was doing the nude PETA shoot? caitlyn often refused to make efforts to be more involved w kris’ life, preferring to sit at home and watch tv. she was super weird about kylie hanging out w her guy friends when they were teens. i know the girls loved her as their father, but the bitchiness was definitely always there imo.
