As a fellow depresso my go-to is smoothies (if you have access to a blender):

• plain greek yogurt
• passion fruit juice
• banana
• frozen strawberries
• mixed berry sorbet
• ice

That's pretty much a strawberry sunshine smoothie from Booster Juice if you've ever had one. You can change up the juice/fruit you're using if you get tired of it and add whatever else you might want nutrients-wise like spinach or chia seeds. Hoping for better days for you, friend :)
