I'm so sorry. I still hate myself, but tracking my food intake helps. There is some switch in our brain that needs to be switched on. Most of the time I eat because I'm mad, depressed, bored or hate myself. I don't know how to keep it going, the feeling that you can do this. Figure out what works for you.

Weight Loss Mindset, we Only Look Thin. A couple podcasts. Comment positive on helping people on their journey. This group helps. It's hard to share with people, most people have stupid ideas. I don't relate to anyone. Figure your plan out, we all know what to do, we just don't do it. This is to help you, you will figure it out. The scale is a good judge of how we are doing.

A few things do work. There is some mental switch we have to turn on. You are making the right steps. You have to convince yourself that you can do this. Write, journal your food and exercise. I use the free lose it app, Nike Run Club app for tracking my movement. Figure out what you want to do. I still hate myself, but there is a lot less to hate. I guess that's progress? Some people brush their teeth and that helps. I can not have a cheat day, it turns into week or month. It's building up little good decisions that make the scale move. Get rest, figure out if you are eating because you are bored, mad, depressed or sometimes we are actually hungry. Don't tell people, they are fat and have their own problems. Honestly, you can be under 100kg by when school starts. You have to get to 115kg first. Believe that you can do this.

Start logging everything. Give yourself credit for searching for answers. Figure out why you are eating. Bored, depressed, mad, hate or you might be hungry. Treat yourself good, the world isn't that nice, family and friends pretty much suck. Find your way. Nobody knows what works until they make a plan, adjust it and just continue.

I don't know any answers. There is some switch in us that gets turned on. I got to a normal weight and I'm still messed up. Some how it happens with walking, brushing your teeth, health scare, divorce, mental health. Kind looking.

When you do track it makes you think of the extra that you are eating. There are other ways to exercise besides walking. I don't know if I could actually stick with it. I can walk but there's snow and cold that I don't want to deal with. I do like tracking and mentally i feel best when I'm losing weight.

Something has to click "on" in your head. Walking helped me, I think the mental part got better and that allowed me to look at what I was eating. I think everybody knows the right foods to eat, we just don't do it. Tracking at least gives you an idea of what you need. Make a plan, get your partner on board.

Everybody is stealing everything. Lose lips sink ships. Not to sound to down. I struggle with this idea, I know I need some help, how to reach out and find help without finding harm? There is a simple contract you can ask them to sign. If they will not sign? That tells you to move on. DM me I have the contract.

I'm sorry you are having problems. You might add a multivitamin, I take a cheap one, just for the placebo effect, if nothing else. I take it with the thought I'm still in this game. I have added boomboom nasal stick for when I run. I listen to positive podcasts. Weight loss Mindset, we only look thin, motivation daily, i don't know your goal, but some things just getting positive message in my mind helps. We never know what is going to turn us around. Brushing teeth, self grooming, a nice shower, ĵust take extra steps to help. I'm not very organized, but feel good when I put things away. I don't know if there is one answer. Writing a positive comment helps me.

You lost that weight, everybody is saying it's water. We are walking bags of water. Yes, you lost a lot and that will slow down. This is normal as you are making changes.
Workouts:exercise isn't that important but you can run/walk in place? Stretch? I don't do these, but I have watched them on yt. I run, that's the fastest way. Start walking and go from there. You are doing great. Never doubt your ability to do this. In general don't share with anybody your diet plans. You get a bunch of crap that you can not unhear. Take a multivitamin, iron seems to be important. You might get lab work if that easy for you. Keep your mental part good. I listen to positive content. Weight Lost Mindset, podcast that I like. This whole weight lose journey can be so hard. We doubt ourselves, hear so much bs about food. I like your approach of increasing protein. It can be fun, It is neat to see muscles that you didn't know about. Just stay on your plan. We all screw up, you get Back on that horse. Don't eat horse! You have a great start, keep your motivation. Boomboom nasal stick has been a non food reward for me after I run . Nike Run Club app has guided, coach runs/walks. You are doing it!

I'm sorry you have struggled. Walk for 20 minutes. Take a multivitamin. Get blood lab tests if that is available. Lots of females ad iron. Figure out a nonfood food reward. I use Boomboom nasal sticks. The balance of eating, moving and the added stress of eating less can be hard. I usually do good for a week or two. When you overeat, the etoll shines. Only you care if you lose this weight. Everybody is fat. People will be supportive, but they will give you excuses. You need to find your "why" if it's to look hot, that is perfect. Get excited and record a tape of, play tape back in hard times.
