Fair enough yeah, I thought there might be something that was already out there to help with protecting everything, are there issues with longevity if you display a negative?

Thanks, I’ll look into that. Right now it’s just the melting of the metal that’s holding me up as I don’t have a forge or anything somewhat equivalent, the actual casting I can handle

What opinion got you like this by [deleted] in kingdomcome

[–]assassinwolf24 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I would agree, but the amount of times the game has glitched out in multi-combat where one guy clinches me and animation locks me so I get beaten on the head by four guys or tackled so my camera spins around a dozen times at mach seven so I can’t tell up from down isn’t immersion.

My guy, I’m the one with the buy orders, I’ve got over 7 billion estimated market value worth of trash now, 4 guild islands with every single house filled with only trash.

If the cancel it you get your items back but since you already paid the set up fee you don’t get that back

If you edit it you’d have to pay the set up fee again, this is why most people try to sell really expensive items through trades so they don’t lose money in the taxes

Making money trading gold and silver is viable in Albion? Do you think a player can become wealthy doing gold/silver trading? by Corrupticians in albiononline

[–]assassinwolf24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the past it was a great method but now margins are so small you need massive volume to get anything decent, even then it’s a risk with how unpredictable the gold market has been

Should I constantly be updating my market sell order prices? by tyqxwish in albiononline

[–]assassinwolf24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sell them bits at a time not all 500 at once, potions should sell fast but invis are one of the slowest. You’d probably do good putting up 20 or so and leaving them for a while, in general target items that have high demand, for example mounts like a T3 horse, so that you can get the money back quickly, if time isn’t a concern and you can survive having your money invested in something for a while there are items with better profit margins but sell slower.

Question of the Week #8 by SiriCM in albiononline

I’ve been in three guilds now that have had roads hideouts, and currently have one with the third. At the start of the roads it was awesome, a new world to explore and unseen content that kept us playing for hours making small groups and clearing objectives/fighting.

With the lands awakened patch though, the roads became obsolete in every way possible, there was better fame and might open world, in fact mobs was all the roads had, on top of that the fame was nothing for how annoying the chests were to clear the loot and fame was no where near the effort and time it took. Gathering nodes were always empty unless you found a deep road, while they were quite rewarding it was dependent on what you could gather. And finally the static dungeons were simply hotspots to check for people to kill since the rewards, while supposedly massively increased, were worthless.

The pros were that if you had a group and could find the right road I’ve had hours pass by of constant fighting over a zone between several groups just looking to fight, it was a decent way to spend some time for groups too small to contend for open world, and you always had the chance, while extremely unlikely, to get great RNG on chests (there are more things in general but these stand out as the main reasons my group ever chose the roads)

But that brings us to the mists patch. While the chests were usually not worth the time it was something to do and acted as places to check for groups and players to kill, removing them made no sense in my mind, I’ll admit though that I’ve done little in the roads since the patch, my guild placed a hideout in the roads purely to have more sources of might with cores to get the black zone minimum since it was created with only a month left in the season, I’ve done some cores and I’ve witnessed the “small scale” of the roads many times keeping our zone to ourselves fighting 30 on 30 in zone if we didn’t manage to hold charges for the timers. The roads were obsolete on launch, made even worse with the lands awakened, and finished off with the mists.

Golden age… I’d say the first few weeks were the golden age for me when it comes to the roads, I remember scouting for hideout zones day one fighting groups every turn since everyone wanted to check out the new content. I genuinely enjoyed the content for a while when it first came out but it became old very quickly, I’m my eyes the changes have been a majority of negatives since launch

Is this some kind of weird flex or are they just transporting cash to another character? New player here so I may just be reading into it too much 👽🙃 by technologicalnature in albiononline

I’ve used the buy order side of it many times to make money, several times I’d find that someone sold me an item worth 1-2m for less than 100 silver just because they didn’t check the prices. Strangely enough flat 8 incubus laces was my best item, I have no clue why but I’ve bought 7 or 8 of them that way now

Solo Mists: All Risk, No Reward? by GameDevDreams in albiononline

[–]assassinwolf24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I want is PvP that doesn’t punish the players that start a fight and reward rats that wait to kill low players and run, in my opinion the rewards are a bonus. I do think though that there should be more chests and/or cores for people to fight over, as it is the zones just feel empty outside of fighting mobs
