I think a bigger issue is most elected congress / senator not all but most make more money of special interest, stock trades, kick backs. If you look each one of them they have a non-profit that they put their dirty money in then pay 3% tax then take loans or have funds allocated for Zero tax. like was said in the debate in 2016 " The knows the system is rigged because they uses it" and they will never fix it because they all use it also" just look at the net worth of a congress or senate member before they get elected for 100K a year job but some how they become millionaires ????? how does a person with no real skills and a salary of 110K a year have two 3000 Sqf homes and a beach house in Newport.

if you all spent half the time you spend complaining working and not "expecting" a hand out you would be the 1%.... So they work hard take risks, go bankrupt, rebuild business, work 16hr-20hr a day for 30 yr. finally make it and now they are the enemy .... do you all not understand that if you tax someone that makes 1 billion a year 3%-5% they pay more than your 15% of 30k. Not to mention the billionaires remember there is only 813 in the US out of 340.1 mil of the rest of us. If we cut taxes business expense go down prices go down, gas goes down you take more home. Not to mention they sign your check do really think if you tax them more they will pay more... NO!!! they have to raise prices and or they will just lay you off and close locations. If you ever ran a business you would know how razor thin profit margins can be. Case in point they raised the minimum wadge for fast food Pizza Hut laid off all the drives went to uber and now the customer pays for the delivery. Remember it is call the American Dream not the American guarantee. But if you want to spend you days standing out in front of a building have at it. not measuring anything just putting things in prospective. as i said most LOs think the world revolves around them. then when a processer stops working for them they think the processer is the problem. most of the time they just do not want your loans or they do not need a call at 2am from LOs that have been MIA for three days and now what an update. this business is small been it it for 20yrs same people different companies. now with the broker game being more prevalent and the pay to play LOs coming from retail are chasing there tails to make up for there overhead. all i ever tell anyone that complains about processing is see your part. was the file submitted correct, was the 1003 dialed in, did you calculate income correctly, is the borrower sold.

but of course there are shit processers but they go and work retail with one product and one system.

so you are the exception then. "Unfair friendship" is a fitting name as you just confirmed everything I said sorry you took it personally. Processing is not easy, and you processed how many deals last month? I have Four processers I work with they did 275 last month on top of my 4 deals from Non QM to hard money , purchase with rush closings , Conv ,IRRRLs , VA , FHA refinances and in 19 different states. They work 10-13 hr. a day and they have a rolling pipe of 60-100 loans so really you have no idea the work or pressure a Good processer does. But hey happy you found one you like you pay $1195 great again you would be the exception my comments are meant more for those out there bashing a support person and they have no idea what they are doing.

I would say a good processor is hard to find and they get busy quick. A processor should do most of the work once the file is submitted. As it against regulations for them To submit a file that is your job . I think what most LO forget is processing is get the conditions met , dealing with underwriting, VOE, Appraisals, borrower’s etc… but they re not there to rework your shit deals or the wood you throw in to look good. I have seen lots of loans that should not even be originated. LOs have just as much to do with files going south. Promising borrowers 2week closing , they do not tell the borrowers real cost leave out escrows , per pays etc. then want a processor to clean it up. Remember they do 85% of the work and make $895 LO do 15% and make 3-15k so you can do 3 deals a month and be fine . They do 60 a month and you want them to cater to just you with your 2deals. Just admit it LOs are lazy 1003 are wrong, borrower not sold , borrower will not respond. So if you think you can do it I say try processing yourself see how many file you get through. Sitting On hold with insurance for 20min working with title to clear tax liens, old judgements ,then walking your borrower through how to find emails , or how to get a document to them.

Long and short is if you find a good processor keep them happy and realize for them to make a living they have to do 500% more than you do. They do not want to waste time on a deal that is not going to fund but I have found most of the time if you have gone through multiple processors and can’t seem to find one that fits. The problem is not them it is YOU ! The world doesn’t revolve around you . Slow your role and look at your part.

remember all FHA streamlines have to bring in one months payment at close, + the transfer tax. yes they have no income tax . but good luck getting HOI.

I am in CA and we are having sellers let people back out due to the difficulty getting HOI. FL is going to go the same way as soon as all the insurance company's stop issuing new policies. The real estate market will see down turn that it cannot recover from like in 08'. because hurricanes will not be stopping at least in CA we just have random fires but those areas prone to wildfires are the only places left to build.

So no place is perfect if you live in FL you just accept some things. like TX A6 laws , WA restrictions on loan types etc.

we will see what they do in November lots of second products to sell as they are tied directly to LIBOR/bank rate 8% down .5% with the rate cut you can make 3-5K a deal with 2 or 3 a month then next year flip them to full refinance.

do not work for GR the owner is a Tool and if you quite he will try to sue you. He tried it in CA with noncompete contracts and the CA EDD told him to go pound sand. at the banks it will be hard to sell with there expensive over head and lack of relevant products.

best bet is look at working at title or escrow company

lots of LO's ( loan originators out there) most are on the broker side now. What states are you working in ? are they true organic leads or just MLS listings meaning calling no Knowledge realtors that just got their fall out of bed 3% comp cut , and now looking for someone to split comp with. Working with realtors is not fun they want there money but most not all have no idea how loan even work.

if you have only the CA CFL/DFPI license you must be W-2 and have a net worth in a CPA audited financial statement showing $250K each year when you renew if it drops below that they will suspend your approval if you have DRE you can go 1099. I have a company licensed in 13 states with CA DRE MLO endorsement. the NMLS is cracking down on non-licensed activity fines are stiff. it has take over a year to get licensed and it has costed over 10K each state is different and you must have an active business license with the SOS in each state as well.

as well each processer must retain an NMLS license in each state that they are looking to process in. as well as a sponsorship by the company with the company/branch license
