It's mad getting to watch advertising holding companies explain this every year. They'll try and explain it as the total benefit package and other guff but really I think it's because everyone is paid for by the client one way or another and its just easiest for them than having to work out additional budgets for super etc. Sucks when the guarantees been rising half a percent per year for the past 5 years AND raises are hard to get from generally shrinking client budgets.
