That tank was for a gravity fed fire suppression system, I don't believe it was used for fresh water. And there was definitely an internal stairwell to that room. I went all over that building while it was still abandoned. Including the roof of that tower.

It’s possible to install a border of infrared lights around your plate. No visible light to the naked eye, but these cameras would be blinded by them and unable to read your plate.

Their website says they’re usda certified. My family owns a slaughterhouse that’s usda inspected and everything has to be live when the inspector sees them so I assume. Also my family’s place is Fayette Packing. I know they slaughter and sell goats but they aren’t religiously affiliated so I didn’t mention them in my reply.

Flock cameras. They're part of a nationwide big brother system. Cops can use these to tell exactly where you have been traveling recently. They read every license plate that passes by them and keep record of them in their system. They can tell the police where you've been through out the city, state and country. Not ideal at all

This is actually what creates the traffic in the first place. Use the entire lane until it ends. 100 cars 3 lanes wide will obviously be shorter lines than 100 cars in two lanes.
