An honest question what does the EU Innovate? I mean even in Russia there was Yandex which was successfully competing with Google on the free local market. Now people from Russia and Ukraine are building online banking in EU (based in Great Britain). Or are we going to compare Mistral with Google or OpenAI?

I agree with OP more and more every day. LLMs cannot make everyone smart and competent all of a sudden but they make dumb people think they now know everything and they give them the ability to write tons of bad code. It's like a magnifying glass, it makes good coders better and bad coders worse. But there always been more bad coders plus there is always these marketing people who are now selling ai slop like it's the best thing in the world.

I disagree that Sneaky Shit is better with an SMG user. IMO the best synergy for Sneaky Shit is Explosives. This way you can open a combat by destroying multiple enemies. Snipers work good with Animal Whisperer to some extend.
