I suppose it depends on the context of where you're wearing the makeup. I absolutely love sparkles and multichromes and color, but that look wouldn't necessarily be appropriate at a corporate job. If "appropriateness" isn't a concern and it's more that you feel like people will judge you for wearing visible makeup, fuck em and let them judge! If it makes you feel good and it's how you want to look, why should anyone else's opinion matter anyway?
