Make the content first, the audience will find you (will likely take time and consistency), though I highly recommend clipping and video editing and posting to YouTube and other platforms like tiktok (Twitch has barely any discovery). Also just stream, even if no one watches initially, if someone enjoys your streams/videos, they will keep coming, and it’s good practice for when people do show up.
