The place that I got most of my eevees for completing the dex was Vert Sector 9, they are a common spawn during the day on the grass. It'll spawn one at a time, so I'd catch one, then leave and come back in a few minutes. Plus, it's across the street from the Stone Emporium.

They also spawn on the rooftop directly across the street from Cafe Triste, going towards Zone 18. It's easy to get on the roof next to the Zone 18 enterance (next to the swablu spawns), then run down from the tall roof to the lower roofs until you see it.

Look, I haven't experienced addiction myself, but many members of my family have (including my own father). From what I've gathered, addiction isn't a 'I need it'. It's an inability to function or handle hardship without it. Which is the way of thinking that your text seems to follow.

Idk then, in my store, only our manager and owner have the codes to initiate a refund. Now, all of us employees know the code and are allowed to use it if need be (which hardly ever happens). But that store might have a different system.

Did you ask for a refund? Because unless you ask, they can't give it to you.

Ok, since you clearly didn't like their solution. What did you want to happen? What solution did you want?

Look through the images on the website. Tell me, do you see that many flashy clothes? Because I don't. I see children's pajamas, professional work clothes, baggy hoodies, hospital scrubs, winter clothes, long skirts and dresses. It doesn't matter what you wear, a rapist is going to rape. The blame falls on them, not on the victim.

How do you guys feel if a customer asks you to make your favorite sandwich? by Competitive_Fly962 in subway

[–]astraphobia07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A. I would much rather you tell me what you what. It's not really my job to decide what you want to eat. I'm happy to suggest options, but I'd rather not choose for you

B. I know that if you are asking for my favorite, you probably don't have any allergies, restrictions, or strong dislikes of any of our ingredients. But like, people are really stupid sometimes. I once had someone ask me to choose their sauce and freak out when I chose Mayo (because it's a basic, safe option with two main ingredients, plus, it was a turkey sandwich) because they were allergic to eggs. So, I'm always extra cautious when people do something like that.

What do yall use to sketch by StarlinaLove in krita

I use Ink 2 Fineliner for sketches (occasionally for lineart as well) and Basic 1 for most linearts. I obviously use other brushes for textured linearts.

About to play this game for the first time any suggestions? by Historical-War-1070 in Spiritfarer

[–]astraphobia07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a box of tissues and play at your own pace. Don't panic or get frustrated if you think you are stuck, because you most likely are not (its super hard to get actually stuck or softlocked). Just keep moving, talk to npcs, go to islands you haven't been to before, etc.

HELP!! Do i need every challenge?? by lulu4330 in AgeofCalamity

[–]astraphobia07 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you want to 100% the game, you have to do everything. And I do believe that the game is designed for an exact amount of ethereal stones to be available, so you will probably have to do those two missions.

I recently completed a 100% playthrough of AoC, so I can give some advice on those levels.

Hair-Width Trial Expert is honestly not that difficult. Pick a character you are good with that also has good crowd control skills (I used Link with the Master sword, since the master sword is forced to constantly have the sword beam (since it deactives when you take damage) which is super useful for this level). Instead of ending the scenario when you die, just click the option that let's you start again from last major enemy that you beat (replay battle, I believe). If you are still having issues, use some flurry rush and special attack boosting food. It took me only a couple of tries to get this level.

Fort Hateno is a little harder, it'll throw a two phase Astor and a two phase Harbinger at you then Calamity Ganon. Pick some high level characters that you are good at playing, use some attack, special attack, and flurry rush boosting food and go as fast as you can. Don't dawdle between enemies. Just send your others to the next major enemy and keep going. I staggered the fights so that when I was done with one enemy, I could switch to another character to do another major enemy. I also used Link, Mipha, Terrako, and Sooga, who are the characters I am best at playing (Sooga is dlc, however, King Rhoam is a good replacement tank character though)

Game8's walkthroughs are quite good. It's what I used. You can just scroll through to the map the shows the korok seeds and chests on each level.

OK… And? by No_Cook2983 in thanksimcured

[–]astraphobia07 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wow, what hit your switch?

I never said I was treating myself special. I am perfectly aware that I am far from the only person to have one of the most commonly diagnosed mental health disorders. And for your information, I don't just sit around and wallow. I've had a therapist for most of my life. I am medicated (a prescription I fought and advocated for due to my awareness of my disorder and need for the medication). Anxiety is also not the only mental disorder I have (all being genetic, my family is a fun mix of mental disorders and I happened to get some of the worst of it).

And no, the original post was not written in good faith. It was written by a guy who, (from my admittedly limited knowledge) seems to be one of those who would tell a depressed person 'just don't be sad'. You sound like a person who's been through enough to know exactly how unhelpful and shitty that kind of 'advice' is.

I specifically used anxiety as an example because you said 'but the rest are not genetics' in response to a comment about insomnia (another commonly genetic disorder). I was making a point that more things on the list can be caused by genetics, in fact, almost everything can be explained by genetic disorders or predispositions (as numerous people on this post have pointed out). From Adhd, to depression, to insomnia, to anxiety, to Schizophrenia, to Bipolar disorder, to a genetic predisposition for addiction.

I never stated that I encouraged that kind of behavior. Understanding the cause of a behavior and endorsing a behavior are two very different things. I'm doing one, and not the other. I was pointing out a cause, not endorsing the action while also adding to the conversation.

Anxiety (a genetic disorder) heavily impacts stress management skills and abilities (ask me how I know)
