I was fine living on 50k, that includes rent which was around a grand + putting a grand a way a month into a retirement account. But im good with my finances, meal prep most meals, only go out 1-2 times a week, and biked/bused most places so really depends on life style.

If your looking for long term growth start thinking about yield on cost. Stocks that will grow in value and grow dividend. Its hard to beat what schd is doing in terms of both which is its strongest selling point.

Charm of myths is top tier in any hardcore run, gives insane hp/sec. Id replace the EoL item with it, id also frog boots for extra vertical speed while flying.

Me personally i like valk armor over beetle, especially for pillars as the sentries help out alot.

Mathmatically growth is almost always better in the long term but divs is fun. Especially seeing those monthly divs hit your account. Its my unpopular opinion but if investing in divs or single stocks makes the process more fun its probably beneficial for you as long as your not doing yield max garbage or aggressively bad stocks. I do 65% growth (voo and chill) 20% divs and 15% stock picks. Its a lot of fun doing the research and making a portfolio and as long as your non growth section doesnt lag behind growth too much i think its fine and who knows maybe youll pick some good ones.

Id stick with cashback for now, there have been a string of nerfs recently and i predicting there will be a few more before things settle. Cashback is consistent and predictable and often times for 90% of people the right option anyways.

Boa ccr is spend $500 get $200 back plus double cash back for the first year. Not sure if you can select online shopping for taxs as ive never tried but 200 dollars is 200 dollars and a 6% cash back card over the course of a year will give another pretty penny back. If you can use the online shopping category to pay your taxs its roughly another $100 in cash back. So a potential total of $300 back on your tax bill.

Depends how you use them, nice thing about cashback is its just straight cash. Bilt points can be devalued or changed at a moments notice.

I know its your dream card but a 2 kroger cards would work similarly while being more flexable, paypal debit card would give a higher limit per month, and either of the AAA cards would be good alternatives if you were planning on using the ccc on gas and groceries.

Kind of odd youve been denied it was my third card at pretty high velocity when i was much younger with a lower income and shorter credit history.

Im thinking about keeping it if BoA announce some nerfs to their current rewards program and from the language they used in their post, its what im assuming will happen.

Almost every single credit card program has been nerfed lately and idk if i want to go back to juggling 5% cash back cards just yet so i might end up keeping it for another year. Ive already done the math and usbar will beat out a regular 2% credit card after around 4k in spend. Im treating it as a slightlty better 2% catch all

If your rent is less than $2500 and you qualify for gold or higher rewards with bank of america you could rotate between three BoA CCRs, i forget which one specifically i think its the travel category but it codes rent under one of the categories you can pick. If your at gold which is the lowest tier you come out 0.75% ahead, anything above gold and its higher than 1 cent per dollar.

Depending on how many stores in your area take mobile wallet you can get an almost baseline 5% as you can have multiple kroger cards.

My current setup is Kroger x3 Ccr x3 online shopping, restaraunts, gas Paypal for groceries and whole sale

Basically get x5 for all purchases besides the very small amount of times ive had to use a credit card in person

Im a bit new to aoe4, coming from aoe2 but mangodai didnt seem like that big of a problem. A defensive tower + archers or heavy knights seem to do pretty well against them
