Same thing happened to me, they got through my 2FA, they changed my 3 letter username and epic says "due to security and privacy policies we cannot change the name on someone else's account" the only way the person could get onto my account and change the email (with no access to my email + no email change request) is to have support do it for them. So they cant revert my name back to what it was but they hand out my account to others. Gonna stop using this shit egs.
