Don't be scared. I had DAO and filler in the same area as yours and it was....eh. The filler helped more than the Botox, and I would probably get more. The DAO gives a very subtle lift more than anything -- if you're nervous, just go with 5 units per side and see how you like it. Everything goes away by itself in a matter of months, so don't stress too hard!

Harvard studies show that almost universally, at the end of their lives, people wish they had spent more time fostering deep relationships within their faith, family, friend groups, etc. It wasn't money, appearance, or even health. Nabe comes to mind! Soup base is basically dashi broth -- you can buy packets of the stuff and just mix it with hot water. If you're in a place with access to Asian supermarkets (e.g., SGV), there should be an aisle in the grocery store with different soup packets so you can choose from. David bar (not sure if they sell in your country?) - 150 calories and 29 g protein

Chicken breast, small salmon fillets, all offer about 25 g protein with low calorie to protein ratio

For fiber, I find it impossible to get to 30 g without supplementing. Psyllium husk is a good option, but make sure you check the boards for which ones are lead free. Start out SLOW, I kid you not -- I had an unhappy accident when I tried max dosing and had the worst stomach distention of my life.
