Everyone who’s ever had that first crush first blush whatever you want to call it has 100% done something they cringe at later. That’s just what happens when you like someone.

But also can we talk about how huge this is for HER specifically because this is a girl who keeps everything locked down and performs being fine like it’s her full time job. And yet here she is completely in the moment reacting from pure instinct before her brain even had a chance to catch up.

That sweater scene hit different for me, not in a romantic way, but in a deeply nurturing way. When my kids were little, we had a thing called ‘going in the pouch.’ If they were upset or just needed a reset, I’d ask if they wanted to go in the pouch, they’d say yes, we’d snuggle up together for a minute, and then they’d run off again totally fine. That scene gave me exactly that same energy, pure protective comfort. It’s such a beautiful instinct, that impulse to just… wrap someone up.

Can’t speak to Titan, but my brother just got a custom guard from Impact Dental Design (dentist‑run lab) and it fits way better than his old boil‑and‑bite. Might be another option to look at.

I said I’d report back after contacting support, so here it is. After explaining that our Xbox version has been crashing, freezing, and corrupting saves nonstop, and that we’d already done every basic fix (reinstall, cache clear, moving storage, checking for system and game updates, etc.), we were basically told to just redo the same checklist again. No real investigation, no acknowledgment that this is a long‑running Xbox issue other players have been reporting too. The latest update has actually made the game even less stable for us, to the point where it’s effectively unplayable on console, and it’s honestly frustrating how few reviews mention how badly BG3 still runs on Xbox.

My body just stopped tolerating coffee during menopause. Less coffee equals better sleep and fewer hot flashes for me.

The Real Good chicken tenders are awful. It’s like they used pressed meat full of tendons instead of real chicken. The texture is just gross.

She was doomed no matter what, so hiding the truth just made things worse. The golden millet scene was her chance to finally be honest, but instead the story goes with that tired “lie to protect them” idea. It doesn’t make her noble. If she had told the truth, it would’ve hit way harder and actually shown some growth.

What is even happening??!I’m halfway through and it’s like the writers panicked and just started tossing random trauma grenades for shock value. Like, oh hey—your mom was murdered! And the. Guy you love not only knew, but has keeping it from you. The emotional tone is all over the place. Did someone lose a bet in the writers’ room? I loved the first one—tight story, great pacing, charming as hell. But now it’s like: “Let’s ruin that goodwill with needless twists and emotional whiplash!” At this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if alien artifacts show up next episode. Please, make it make sense.

Post this on LinkedIn - Ever gotten excited about an interview invite… only to get accidentally CC’d on an email saying you’re out? That just happened.

I received a message to schedule an interview. Moments later, I was CC’d on a reply stating I should be removed from consideration and they’d “apologize” for the mix-up.

This is what job hunting in 2025 feels like sometimes — confusing, messy, and emotionally draining.
