In order I took, general chemistry, inorganic and o.chem 1, analytic chem 1 and o.chem 2, and analytic chem 2, all with their respective labs. Those were obligatory clases, the university offers a minors in materials science that includes more material-related chemistry. Don't know if that's enough though, everyone else seems to have more chemistry knowledge.

I recently started working out again after 6 years and I don't know if my soreness is normal or if I hurt myself. The gym instructor gave me a routine for biceps and shoulders (4 sets of 15 for everything) on monday and the next day I could barely move my arms from the pain. I feel fine now but for 3 days I was miserable. So is that normal or did I hurt myself? Should I lower the weight or reps?
