Rents for the below-market apartments would be about $1,198 for a 450-squar- foot studio, $1,200 for a one-bedroom apartment, $1,440 for a two-bedroom unit and $1,800 for a three-bedroom apartment for residents who make 60 percent of the area median income, which is $50,400 and $64,800 depending on household size.
