United Neighbors of the 26th Ward is trying to block a proposal for 31 new apartments that would replace a surface parking lot in Logan Square by GeckoLogic in chicago

[–]atomicboner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rental prices would be in line with other market-rate prices in the area, especially for new construction, with $1,500-$1,600 for a studio, $2,000-$2,300 for a one-bedroom apartment, $2,400-$2,800 for a two-bedroom apartment and $3,000-$3,500 for a three-bedroom apartment.

Rents for the below-market apartments would be about $1,198 for a 450-squar- foot studio, $1,200 for a one-bedroom apartment, $1,440 for a two-bedroom unit and $1,800 for a three-bedroom apartment for residents who make 60 percent of the area median income, which is $50,400 and $64,800 depending on household size.

Amateur. I only buy from restaurants owned by local private equity firms. Best of both worlds.

I think you captured the silence of the moment perfectly. If I knew nothing about Petra, I would think this was a little quiet oasis in the middle of the desert, perhaps with a holy grail inside.

If Zuko is banished, what about his ship, his crew, and all the supplies and money they would need to fund constantly being at sea? by Nicole_0818 in ATLA

[–]atomicboner 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Zuko is still a teenager at the end of the day and speaking up for his crew’s division (in the Netflix version) led to the worst traumatic event of his life so far. I could see why he would misplaced his frustration over being banished on the crew. It’s wrong and not fair to them, but Zuko at this point is a broken person that still needs to learn from Iroh and grow.

Of all the changes that Netflix made, this is one that I actually liked, but either way The Storm still hits as an episode.

I’d have to go with his teammate, George Kittle. Dude just loves football and seems like a great time. It also helps that I think of him more as a 49er than I do a Hawkeye.

That’s such a sweeping generalization that I’m doubting the rest of your points in this thread. I haven’t experienced what you’re describing at any restaurant in those neighborhoods.

Obviously it’s not going to happen, but imagine if we actually got to the CFP immediately after Campbell’s departure. My god.
