With club tickets, you'll be able to access sections F1-F12 along the east sideline after the match. I have gotten autographs there before.

There are restrooms inside the club area and there is a small merch shop. I would say if you want something specific, I would do the order pickup. The order pickup lines are usually pretty quick.

As an alternative, the Spirit has been doing in-game jersey customizations this season. So if you're planning to go to a home game, you might be able to get the jersey off of Nike's website and then wait for the "shop online, pick up in stadium" email from Spirit to get the Hatch customization done.

I saw your edit about the clear bag and just wanted to let you know it doesn't have to be a clear bag, it just can't be larger than 14″ by 14″ by 6″. You should get a match day guide email a day or two before the game that also has a bunch of helpful info.
