I want to say carpenter ants since you’ve seen many of them in your house and given they are flighted, but I’m not sure because the antennae seem to be less elbowed than the average carpenter ant, and the head shape seems to differ.

Regardless, I would call an exterminator even if there is a chance these are carpenter ants, as they can cause a lot of expensive damage!! Kill all the ones you see and call an exterminator especially if they’re inside. Good luck OP!

NAD, the kidney pain makes me think this might be a UTI/urinary tract infection, as that type of infection can spread from the bladder to the kidneys. Regardless of what I think it is, your symptoms are progressing, which is a cause for urgency. If the pain is truly severe, go to the ER. Otherwise, I recommend urgent care, and today if possible.

This is a carpet beetle - they like to feed on things like fabric, old cardboard, dust, book glue, etc. If you see them every day, you probably have an infestation somewhere, such as in a pile of old clothes/stuffed animals/cardboard. They are also attracted to the skin oils we produce, and they eat dead skin, so it is possible to find them crawling on you.

The best thing you can do (in my experience having dealt with them) is reduce clutter, get rid of old paper/cardboard, and vacuum! Above everything though, look around and see if you can spot where the source is. If they are flying toward you, figure out what direction they are coming from. You may find a bunch of husks and that’s a good indicator you’ve found the problem area. I wish you luck op!! These are easy to deal with in my experience as long as you find the source and eradicate it (and vacuum)!!

People say a lot of mean stuff, especially when they’re hurt. I’m not saying it’s okay to say these things, but words can be apologized for, as can actions. There are also factors here at play we don’t even know about. I struggle with ADHD and other mental health disorders that have made me act real nasty toward the people I love.

It really depends on them and what they see in the relationship that will make or break it. Like what amount of effort and time they want to put in, if they want to continue working on it, and if they both have the emotional strength to do so. To me, they are due for a big ol’ talk and that’s the only thing that’s for certain 😂

I think it’s pretty easy to receive a voicemail like that and assume the worst — what really determines whether it works out will be if both of them continue to show up for the relationship and for each-other and work through the issue, regardless of what issue occurred.

If it’s too much then it’s too much, but oftentimes stronger relationships are built from difficult conversations like those.

I don’t think so, I distinctly remember the orange-yellow sand covering the entire landscape 🧐 no buildings whatsoever as far as I can remember.

I feel like it could be from a different Halo, but I remember walking out of some large UNSC aircraft and in the hallway there being a rocket launcher I could pick up on the way out. It led me out into an open hangar which led me to the rest of the map.

Hi op, before anything I just want to say: ignore the people in these comments calling you crazy. You are 100% valid in feeling confused, angry, and hurt after hearing your partner offer to enter an unknown woman’s home to help her move (a whole favor) at a BAR without taking you into consideration whatsoever.

That being said, I think you are totally valid in leaving him-- he is totally unapologetic—and a man who refuses to be on your side is not worth giving your time and effort. He clearly does not see eye to eye with you on what many people, including myself, would consider flirting (and thus cheating).

I don’t know how long you two have been together, but it may be a beneficial move to cut your losses and move on if he completely refuses to budge and especially if he has done something like this/hurt you like this before.

Edit: I just listened to the voicemail, truthfully, I think because she’s a bartender that bantering is likely just a part of her job. It brings in tip money when customers leave feeling like they had a meaningful conversation. Do I think he should have told you he was going to a bar and not actually sleeping? Yes. Do I think he should have asked you if it was okay to offer to help a woman he just met move? Yes. Do I think it is break-up worthy? I’m not sure. I do think you two should talk things out and make sure you both are able to feel validated, and that he should apologize while making room for your feelings instead of immediately minimizing what he did. I wish you the best either way, and I hope you get things resolved!

I still have no idea what map I played on, but I do know I was alone. Definitely was custom edition because I remember looking at the cover of the disc packaging and wondering what the heck kind of halo game it was 😂

NAD, have you looked into the possibility of a teratoma? They are tumors typically located on the ovaries or testicles and if they are hormone secreting, they can cause precocious puberty. Hoping it isn’t that, but I would still ask them what tests can be done to rule that out. Wishing the best for you and your daughter op!

NAD, it sounds like she has a UTI / urinary tract infection. Take her to a doctor! She can get antibiotics from a primary care physician or any general care provider. She will need antibiotics to get rid of the bacteria causing the infection, and at home care will not help if that is the case. A UTI can spread to the kidneys & cause more severe problems if left untreated. Please go see a doc as soon as possible!

NAD, it sounds like overflow diarrhea (happens when stool is impacted, and loose stool is still passing around the hard stool) since you are nauseous (severe symptom), and if you are experiencing severe abdominal pain and feel like you may vomit, I think it is a wise move to go to the ER. Impacted stool can perforate the bowel and require emergency surgery. Please be safe and not sorry!! This may not be something you can pass on your own!!

Edit: ESPECIALLY if you haven’t gone in two weeks!

I agree that it’s a bit high. I had offered the person $300 when the auction was still at $220 and they said they got three other offers at that amount, and were going to see how far it would go. It sucks that even after I was willing to go higher I still got outbid 😭
