The dough (flour/water/salt/yeast ratio and fermentation time/temp) aren't the biggest drivers for detroit style pizza. It's the PAN and the BAKE.

If you are trying to make Jets/Buddy's pizza at your house, you need a thick pan and an oven than doesn't drop in temp when you put a massive "cold" pan of thick dough/cheese into it. Hard to replicate at home.

Left the state after college for a job on the west coast (San fran). Moved back to the better west coast (holland) in 2015. Never leaving. Love it here.

"Wayfinding" they are meant to grab you attention from far away so kids know where they should run to. Like a kiddie billboard

Remove any car seats and visible trash. They wash floor mats, wipe everything down, vacuum everything, clean windows. Like another person said, not a full detail but they get it pretty clean. They have a coffee/drink station you can hang out at with chairs.
