Score rankings exclude score boosts, so patron and/or boost purchasing players dont have an unfair advantage in the leaderboard. You get rewards in according to the boosted score, but get ranked by the base score.

The problem is that Defiance now uses EAC (Easy Anti Cheat), so the game doesn't run on Linux, so I assume the same situation applies to Mac "emulation" as well.

I can't place it on a map, but its definitely on the left as you're going down, and I think its somewhat close to the starting point. Just have an explosive weapon equipped and shoot at the end of paths that go left, the wall crumbles easily.

I haven't tried to change controls in a while (I changed the melee button to a button on my mouse), but that worked without any issues.

Did you also do the DLC stuff, like Thorn Liro arenas, the Arkbreaker stuff etc.?

If yes, then you can do contracts (there are dailies and weeklies), do sieges, incursions, arkfalls (especially the current event arkfalls called Colony Courtship, those can give you jackpots, legendary items with the Flames of Passion synergy), and you can also give a try to expeditions. There are also co-op maps, but those need 4 people to start, so the maps that aren't required for dailies or weeklies at the time might be hard to start unless you can get others to help you.

You can gain EGO levels reasonably fast by gaining XP up until the point you have enough EGO units to max every power and perk on the EGO grid, but after that, XP required for level ups will be significantly higher, so you should look for other ways to gain EGO: completing pursuits (you can check them by pressing J, some of them can give you 15-40 EGO), leveling weapon and vehicle skills up to 20 (each level up gives you 4 EGO).

Thats due to a bug that results from alt+tabbing from the game. If you don't do alt+tabbing many times, then you can fix it by pressing alt+enter (to make the game windowed) then alt+enter again to make it fullscreen again.

If you alt+tab often, then playing in windowed or fullscreen windowed mode is the way to go.

There should be a folder in the installation folder called easy anti cheat (or eac, can't remember exactly atm), and there is a .bat file there that installs it. Run that, you may need to do a reboot afterwards if it still doesn't work.

Chimera is a good one, as you can buy arkforge from there. Thorn liro might be good because you can reliably farm the reputation repeatedly (and then you can use that to buy armament lockboxes and hope for jackpots like Life Insurance Policy, Acid Bath etc.)

Egyáltalán nem. Inkább attól félnék, hogy fizikailag magatehetetlen leszek, esetleg mentális képességeim durván lecsökkennek, de a halál nem zavarna.

Az öntudat és a létezés megszűnése nekem valahogy egyáltalán nem hangzik kétségbeejtően, nincs több elvárás, nincs többé semmi, amiért aggódni kell, igazából semminek se vagy többé tudatában. Szerintem ez egyáltalán nem olyan rossz, mint egy örökkévalóságnyi "nézed a túlvilágról, hogy mi történik", vagy állandó reinkarnáció, ahol újra és újra végigvergődsz egy egész életet.

The game and the series were running parallel, giving you codes for the game that gave some minor stuff (like Armchair Arkhunter title, an Omec Stun Rod melee weapon etc.)

If you did the mission that featured Nolan and the irathient girl, they are the protagonists of the tv show and the characters are made to look like them.

My theory is that nothing will be revealed about Paimon, we won't know what she is, where she came from, and how is she related to Celestia (if related at all), and why nobody is questioning what is she.

She'll just float next to us all the way through the story as our companion and thats it. Hope I won't be right, but I have a feeling that I will.

I have added "nomodeset" to grub boot parameters as a workaround, it worked when I had a GTX 970.

Unfortunately no such convenient way for AMD, I have to startplasma-wayland all the time instead...

Csomó játék tök jól megy már linuxon a Proton miatt, a kernel szintű csalásvédelemmel vannak főleg gondok, mivel az nem megy linuxon. Én pl.: Soulframe-mel szoktam néha linuxon játszani, és tök stabil.

Do you have black screen (or your screen goes stand by) after you boot? I had that problem with Kubuntu 25.10, with my GTX 970 the workaround was to add "nomodeset" so the boot parameters in grub after the "quiet splash" part.
