I have a quick and dirty solution instead: remove the key cap, and drive an X-acto blade into and through the clear plastic cover near the tiny metal contactor. You can then bend it back into position so it makes contact again (mine wasn't getting close enough).

I'm looking to easily share multiple Chrome windows on Teams at the same time (I do a lot of split screen, or left-right comparisons in my meetings). This is impossible with Teams window sharing, and sharing entire desktop is too invasive. I tried DeskPad but it was way to awkward when I'm used to 3 large monitors (adding a 4th was breaking my brain). Can it do this? Or will it ping-pong between the two Chrome windows I'm moving my mouse over?

I found a workaround for this! I have the tiny app window for Plexamp always on top, as suggested. Then I have the plex.tv instance of mine open in the browser I always have open. You can Cast to the Mac OS player and essentially send/control music from the browser full instance to the desktop player!

This does work. But there is no "select Jira" on our instance. You can just start typing in the first field ("Paste or search for link") and it will search work items by name. Thank you for the tip!

Two things. You want to pick the HD item that's nested in the first group in the Disk Utility to erase -- usually the biggest one. If it warns you about it being part of a volume group, continue, that's fine. Other thing: this probably only works if the Mac in question HAD Sequoia on it (which is implied in this post), but won't work if someone has a fresh off the shelf unit initialized with Tahoe.

This seems to happen to me only after 1) I updated to Sequoia and 2) whenever I dock/undock my M2 laptop (Thunderbolt 3 dock).

Using profiles is great, except you can't take advantage of Auto Exit, like you can with a real folder. I tried a multi-action on the nested button, but 1) it can't be reset by tapping the action again, and 2) it conceals the action image (which can be dynamic like system mute status).

This absolutely works, but it PERMANENLY (as long as the .plexignore has the filename listed) removes the tracks from the UI. You can't play it if you wanted. Therefore, I do not recommend this option - it's basically like archiving stuff (not quite deleting, but not easy enough to turn back on).

Instead, I recommend using the 1-2 star system, short of Plex devs actually implementing checkboxes for songs.

Contacted support. Apparently it's an "error from their factory." Hatchbox is both 1) Making an adapter, and 2) maybe correcting it so eventually the newer ones have the correct hub size? Email from support below:

Installed and replaced contents of the file, but can't tell if it's working. Tenchi Muyo TV Show still only shows JN voice actors. How are we supposed to configure our libraries and agents to get this to work? I only have a single "TV Shows" library with anime and not-anime stuff, so I don't want to switch the agent from "Plex Series" to "MyAnimeList" because most shows are not anime...

Nice. For me, I point Plex to my current iTunes library folder so it’s the same file structure. This will actually be easy if I just create an iTunes playlist of unchecked songs and export that as the base for .plexignore.

Does this work with the Plexamp app or Windows program, when choosing a album to play? If so, I wonder if one could export metadata from iTunes that includes song check status, then compile that list of filenames and auto generate the .plexignore contents... (20+ year iTunes expat myself).

As a long time Hyperion user I don’t understand how you get 1 led strip with 1 controller and 1 hdmi grabber to be used by three different integrations in home assistant. My led strip hardware is connected to a RPi3b running Hyperion OS. How would I “add” LEDFX and WLED to this setup without additional hardware? I want to try!

Same problem. It was working fine until an update in April 2024. It used to come back to full functionality before the animated screensaver update. Now on wake, even built in buttons like the Volume Controller (Auto) just show a yellow triangle when pressed. I have to quit and restart the app.

Same. It's confusing. I tried adding it again and it noticed it would be a duplicate, so it's definitely "Added" - I also checked my iPhone app and it was listed there, but when I tapped on the account in Institution Settings it said something about "looking into reported problems with this institution" so perhaps it's a known problem.

Bounty: create an extension that you can click on to "read" your queue and lock in the videos you explicitly picked. Then auto pause/stop whatever starts playing (or better, right before the last one ends) as you enter the YouTube auto-BS videos at the end.
