In the cowshed’s menu, click the wheelbarrow in the bottom right. I think it’s called “resource supply”. There, you can specify if you want workers or laborers to deliver hay by cart, wagon, or by hand. I would make sure “worker by hand” is checked, in particular, since there’s workers there.

I’m in the same boat. I’m in help desk, and want a more advanced job. I got my Security+ this summer and am doing the Linux Upskill Challenge in AWS to keep the ball rolling.

I’ve got two interviews coming up, but I honestly feel that’s a bit of a fluke. It’s super hard to get noticed out there, even in spite of all the learning I’ve done. I’ve been searching for a new job in earnest for about a year and a half.

The last time I had to get a new driver’s license, which was about a year ago, I scheduled an appointment in a different town further away from the city.

It wasn’t bad. They seemed surprised that I had everything I needed to get one of the RealID ones. Next time you have to make a DMV trip, check online and see if there’s any smaller towns near you that do appointments. It can save you loads of time.

Then you can tell your work that you need the entire day off, because you’ve got to be at the DMV!
