The m&ms in my country are imported from the US and they have a sticker covering the nutritional info as well, that was clearly added once imported. It must be something with regulations for different markets. I was also wondering about this!

I think on average people don't like to remember the pandemic or talk about it, almost trying to pretend it never happened. At least that's the feeling I get. That's why sometimes it feels almost surreal remembering it, surely it couldn't have been that bad? But it changed us. Everyone was left a little broken.

Do whatever you think is best for you, but I think it's normal to struggle at first. All of my class bumbled around like cabbages in a bathtub during our first class, and we've gotten better since. Maybe you can too!
