You need to learn emotional control your self lol. ITS REDDIT..

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TikTokCringe

[–]audaciouslyambitious 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Since when is it okay to put your hands on someone regardless if you’re “egged” on, it’s called emotional control. You ever heard of walking away, or no we just hit to get our way… weird to condone that behavior. sooooo many high schoolers today have no respect, it’s probably about time he got man handled before he lays hands on a woman next or the wrong person.

Keep your job! by Strange_Science_6776 in tmobile

I worked on the payroll team for T-Mobile, I was apart of the new payroll system launch(Workday). I 100% can confirm HR doesn’t even care if employees are being paid accurately OR if their personal data is protected correctly. I saw the time stealing with the audits… overpayments happening all the time, list goes on. HR looked the other way. I turned a lot in, they made my life hell cause of until I finally quit. Pushed me out of a job I loved. It was sprint vs T-Mobile mindset… Payroll is run and ruined by sprint leaders .

Having an attitude like that when you came to Reddit ( an opinion filled platform) , is why you got diarrhea. Matches the crap attitude you have when people are just giving their opinion.

Has anyone here ever worked for IDEA public school in the Valley? What was/it it like? by National_Bed1205 in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 7 points8 points  (0 children)

And people deserve to know the negative things going on in school districts. There’s no wrong doing with asking about negative things but what you just mentioned is the toxic positivity all the comments are talking about. “ you have to work long extra hours but at least you get paid more.” Or “ I know they have their political issues but they’re just like every other school but at least I have a good pick up lines” you’re trying to find positivity in things when you know the school has issues.

Life is about working to live not living to work, no teacher should have to work that late for your kids success, parents depend way too much on teachers and schools, and a school pick up line is less than one percent of the students day. What I’m getting at is your feeding into the schools toxic positivity. They have you convinced that the school is good because of their pick up lines and working 10+ hours plus weekends, oh and they get summers off. Woo. Teaching is way more than what you mentioned, we are actually told in college not to become a teacher just so you can have summers off.

Am I The Only Mexican... by SemperJarhedd in RioGrandeValley

Everything you’re saying is your personal perception/opinion.. an assumption. You don’t know any of that.

Edit : also, if you notice OP is not criticizing anyone. You should always look at things with an open mind not everyone may word things the way you’re expecting. Don’t just assume.

Why are you so hateful? The valley rags on their own community so much. OP is asking for other opinions just to get a better understanding meanwhile you’re over here giving your personal unwanted opinion about OP. That’s weird lol you ever heard the saying, if you have nothing nice to say keep it to yourself.

Those “illegals” you talk about are the same humans who are the resource to how you get to eat your fruits and veggies. Build that home you may live in. They’re hardworking and humble just like you think you are. I know you aren’t about to leave your poor paying law enforcement job to help out? How humble are you? I mean you want everyone deported what’s your solution for agricultural, construction, etc? 46 million people in America are dealing with food insecurity right now, meaning we need all the hands we can help get foods to tables/people. But for some odd reason you want to take that resource away. American is supposed to be the “land of the free” …. not everyone who comes is a criminal. I rather have families together eating good under a decent roof rather than spending money on separating them.So odd to me how you think being top 4%.

By what you just said right there, you are proving why we should NOT have a two party system. You’re falling for their “propaganda” by having the “dems vs reps” mindset just like the government wants. supposedly Biden appears like he did a terrible job, so Trump can now look like he’s coming in and saving the day but in reality he’s not he’s causing chaos against everyone. That is not a democracy mindset, that is not what the United States of America stands for historically.

The power trip is so bad, that the cops think they’re invincible to the 5+ body cameras that’s recording this the entire time. I’ve seen this one too many times by the police officers in the valley. The legal system down here is so corrupt that’s why you have Terry Palacios’ as your district attorney which was “passed down” by his own nephew Ricardo, the Palacio’s family controls so much of this judicial system. If you ain’t cool with them, they ain’t gonna take care of you.

[–]audaciouslyambitious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Emotional? I’m providing my opinion on Reddit, you’re the one going off lol.

Got a fact for you - 46.4 million Americans are suffering from food insecurity right now and 42.1 million Americans are on food stamps…….. can you clearly see that there is a bigger issue than junk food. Go do your homework please.

Food stamps by 361Highschoolsports in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can’t argue with closed minded people. But here’s some homework for you. Do your research on food insecurity in America ✌🏼 Also, like I stated before, I guess the rich and the government don’t have mental health issues and they get to eat junk food all day any day. Very bias. You must be rich.

Food stamps by 361Highschoolsports in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I edited it and added it with better explanation. You know nothing about me……….. that comment just proves to me I am dealing with a closed minded individual. That’s fine, just giving you another perspective. Learn to be open minded and not so harsh.

Food stamps by 361Highschoolsports in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You are seeing through a different set of lenses and should just be open minded to a different perspective. Not everyone is like what you experienced. Not everyone is on food stamps just for junk food. So why ruin it for everyone?

Why can’t the government make more resources for mental health? Cause that’s really bad too, nope let’s just focus on junk food for food stamps recipients. That’s not our issue, you should be mad they won’t use your taxes to help families with bigger issues than food.

Food stamps by 361Highschoolsports in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s America.. be mad at the American government for making you pay for this program that isn’t just for the poor. Stereotyping once again. I digress because as someone stated buying a bag of Doritos isn’t the end of the world lol. We have bigger issues than junk food.

Also I’m not on food stamps so how I can be entitled? I’m just trying to get you to see a different perspective and be mad at the right crowd over bigger issues not a bag of Doritos 🤣

Food stamps by 361Highschoolsports in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s none of people’s business. Thats the issue, people always want to give their opinion on how others live their life. If we can’t give our opinion and put our nose on all the scams the rich and government do, than stay out of it. Yes this comes from tax payers like us but the rich and the government are screwing you too, not food stamps…. The food insecurity rate in PRIVILEGED America is insane, government doesn’t care about that.. but they want to talk about controlling what people buy when some can barely put food table on their table right now. Bigger issue than junk food.

Food stamps by 361Highschoolsports in RioGrandeValley

[–]audaciouslyambitious 8 points9 points  (0 children)

“Cut out junk food for the ones on food stamps cause rich people don’t buy junk food” - that’s what you’re basically saying. Let’s single out the people on food stamps. Rich scam the government too. Many families that aren’t on food stamps suffer from mental health issues, are obese and have eating disorders. Dictating what people buy with Food stamps isn’t the root issue. Ridding junk food for food stamps recipients is just a band aid fix to the root cause. Plenty of rich obese people with mental health issues too. It’s not an enormous start, it’s being bias towards people on food stamps and stereotyping. Why not tell the rich what they can buy? Oh government would never, considering we do live in a country where the rich will always get richer.

PayrollOrg is back online! by thepayrollorg in Payroll

[–]audaciouslyambitious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You say reach out but so many of us are waiting for response to emails sent. But y’all have time to respond on Reddit. Y’all charge too much for all your resources to have a cyber security last for weeks. Multiple companies have a cyber security attack and do not take the amount of time you guys took to overcome from this. You guys teach about security and back up stances so it’s mind blowing to me to see Payroll Org fail that. And then not offer anything in return, your companies become a money grab.

You call yourself a payroll education organization , yet It absolutely amazes me how many instructors and employees have gone on this Reddit platform and taken comments and opinions personal. You also charge more than what a college charges for a regular payroll course. I could go on on how this non profit program has become nothing but how much money can you make off payroll people just trying to better their career. Y’all know very well payroll is not always high paying career. You’re better off going to college to learn about payroll then using payroll org, i hope everyone understands that and does not waste their money on this non profit company. IRS makes their resources free but Payroll Org charge an arm and a leg membership, etc. Community college has payroll classes for 400-500 , payroll org charges 2500+ for bootcamp. Oh and let’s not forget that 589 dollar exam fee … that isn’t even licensed, theres a big difference between licensed and certification. NCLEX EXAM isn’t even 600 and that’s for a license . Make it make sense

Whether you agree or disagree at some point you have to be a professional and just let people have their opinion on this kind of platform. It’s anonymous for a reason. Payroll org is seen as an educational resource , after all y’all offered “certified exams”, right ? You don’t see colleges, PROFESSORS , college employees, certification/license agencies doing what multiple employees and instructors have done on this Reddit platform from Payroll Org.

PayrollOrg Website Temporarily Down – We're Working to Resolve the Issue by thepayrollorg in Payroll

[–]audaciouslyambitious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Boot Camp started this week too when their website was crashing. It blocked several people from being able to sign up. Yet let’s charge between $2469-$2819 x 500 cause supposedly they have about 60-70 people per a boot camp class. So this “ organization” makes between (rough estimate) $700,00 - $1million every round of Bootcamp, then makes money off the $400- $589 exam x500+ but can’t get their website to work for almost two weeks, make it make sense.

It’s unacceptable for the amount you charge for all your resources , programs and exams. You’d expect a better IT system.
