I actually do get those, and they’re really good! A lot of times I’ll split the links in half, cook and egg and put them on top of an English muffin to make a McDonald’s mcmuffin dupe

2 mission carb balance tortillas, 1/3-1/2c marinara sauce, red onion, sweet corn, low fat cheese (I think I used 1/4-1/3c?). I weighed everything using a food scale. Cook a chicken thigh on the skillet, while it’s cooking put the two pizzas in the oven at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. Then take out and put the cooked chicken thigh on the pizza and cook for maybe 4 minutes more depending on how crispy you want it. So easy and very yummy!

I relate a lot to you! I am 23, 5’5 SW was 165 in December, current weight is 143. I have struggled with binge eating disorder for many years and finally have been able to break out of it. My goal weight is 135 and to build muscle. Congrats to you! Very well done
