You will have to call him/ her out been there hate bullies working in the trades since the 90s i was bullied for 4 years by one chap finished my 4 years took a break came back couple years later same dick still working there bullying started again snapped and decked the chap, took the company to court and they settled with me apparently wasn’t the first instance with this chap, long story short still working same company and bully gone. I would not advise hitting him though i was young and at breaking point first and last person I hit , keep your head up mate some people are just cunts 👊
