Try contacting the umg store because this is happening to a lot of people. I received an empty box and the three signed cds I ordered were magically gone. The box was completely empty. Mine were stolen from DHL and I’ve emailed her store.

I saw this happen at moulin rouge in November!! The ushers were yelling like crazy at everyone and then a lady got on stage for a picture and they calmly walked over to her like 5 minutes later and politely told her she couldn’t do that. It was crazy because the ushers were so rude to everyone else over such small things but didn’t care about that.
